The following service will be performed during the Fadal Tune-UP

Re-level machine

Adjust all machine gibbs

Clean all fan filters

Inspect lube pump for proper operation

Install new lube pump filter element

Inspect spindle belts for wear

Adjust spindle tram

Test drawbar for proper retension pressure

Clean tool changer slide rails

Adjust axes amplifiers

Adjust ball screw backlash
