The following service will be performed during the Tool Changer Maintenance
|
|
|
- Clean tool changer carousel and slide rails
- Adjust tool changer slide belt
- Adjust and grease all tool holder retension rings
- Adjust turret geneva rotation parameter
- Remove and grease drawbar and drawbar washers
- Inspect tool eject cylinder for cracks or wear
- Adjust Z-axis home position for proper tool change position
- Inspect all electrical connections to tool changer
- Cycle test tool changer for proper operation
