The following services will be performed during the Servo
Motor Maintanenance for X, Y, and Z axis
|
|
|
- Remove and clean servo motor brushes
- Clean tachometer assy.
- Remove resolver for inspection / advise if replacement is recommended **
- Re-assemble servo motor assy.
- Adjust axis amplifiers lag and balance settings
- Adjust sin/cos of system clock card
- Cycle test of servo motors for proper operation
