The following service will be performed during the Spindle Drive Belt Maintenance
Remove and replace spindle drive belts
Inspect drive pulleys for wear
Inspect motor mounts for damage
Clean pulleys and ideler assy.
Adjust spindle motor tension cable
Inspect hi / low idelers for proper operation
Clean spindle motor fan
Inspect for excessive noise and heat from spind motor and spindle
Complete cycle test of spindle for proper operation
